"Asiana was up in the 5 star range even with intermittent issues at times. After hundreds of thousands of miles flown on this airline they have slipped to about a 2 star airline, but still at a more expensive price. U.S. reservations is a serious issue, especially with a lack of common sense and service to the customer. The hold times and fees have become borderline ridiculous. If you have mileage banked with this airline I suggest you use it up before they are gone."
